1 commentMediaDefender Goes Forward with P2P Marketing

First off don’t flame me for this, i am not a fan of media venture/MediaDefender (they are the same company, they are the company tracking down people for mp3/movie downloading. I would know since i got a lawsuit from them, which i won my case so thats that)
I think this is a unique idea, I don’t think it will catch on, and if you think about it, this is already happening, if you download a bad torrent you will have fat lady’s shaking it on your screen and a auto clicker going on in the back ground( this happened to me recently). But yea its a idea that will make them money in the end, but they still wont be happy cause the riaa/mpaa still doesn’t get the internet, and im doubting they ever will. So pretty much MediaDefender wants to advertise in mp3’s and other pirated files, the way they feel is we get what we want, and they get money, lots of money, just think if everyone pirates one song, and they got ad money off that song, thats not a bad bottom dollar they will be having at the end of the year, id rather have the piracy tax here in america but that wont ever happen. No commentsPowerPc Users, your days are about up

You know who you are, still cranking from your g4 dual, or your G5 macpro, well thats nice and all but 10.6 doesn’t seem to be coming your way! Looks like its intel or the highway. Im a g4 user still so my days are limited as well.
“LogicielMac publishes a screenshot of the system requirements for Mac OS X Snow Leopard which was seeded to developers this week. The requirements list the following:
- An Intel Processor
- An internal, external, or shared DVD drive
- At least 512 MB of RAM
- Display connected to an Apple-supplied video card
- 9GB of disk space, or 12GB for developer toolsDevelopers received an early copy of Snow Leopard at WWDC this week. As this is an early developer version, requirements could change in the future, but the dropping of PowerPC support has been long rumored. MacRumors can independently verify that these are the current requirements for Snow Leopard. Snow Leopard is the next major version of Mac OS X and is expected to ship in “about a year”. -Quoted From Http://www.macrumors.com
Now this is about a year away, stuff could change, but the days of power pc users are looking grim.

After todays keynote the new iphone is on its way, uggh that sucks, its alot cheaper which is something im not understanding, so that must mean they are stripping it down, but who knows yet, they wont be taking orders online yet, so that means huge lines at the apple stores, so prepare the mayhem again like last time.

No commentsPHP Page Load
Wanna see how long it takes to load your page? Try this simple code:
| <?php $start = time()+microtime(); //Get the start of the page’s time. Put it at the top of your page. //Do some stuff on your site $finish = time()+microtime(); //Get the end of the page’s time. Put it at the bottom of your page. $length = round($finish-$start, 4); //Find the actual difference between the two and round it to 4. Why 4? Otherwise, you’ll get a number with E in it, and that won’t make much sense to most viewers of your site. //Now tell people how long it took! |
